Jigsaw puzzles were probably invented the first time a small child ripped up a picture in frustration, and Mom taped it all back together again. Jigsaw puzzles have become much more sophisticated, of course, but still range from really easy (3-year-old level) to multi-thousand piece 3-dimensional giants that only adults would dare to tackle.
Jigsaw puzzles can be great entertainment for the whole family - especially during the long cold winters many of us experience! They don't need to be put away - find a corner table for jigsaw puzzles to develop on, even if they take several days to finish.
