But now you can play lazertag in your own home or backyard! In fact, this Hasbro award-winning Lazertag game combines state-of-the-art hi-tech accuracy with extreme team-playing capacities to produce a system that's entertaining, yet harmless.
This wireless Lazertag unit (whether you have the one-person or two-person system) operates through an HUD ('heads up display') to give you a live-action readout of seven different game statistics while checking out how your opponents stack up against you.
The HUD looks just like a pair of sunglasses, but it can tell you if you've locked on to a target or if someone's locked on to you!
The tagger unit, which requires batteries, allows you to communicate with your team members' devices so you can work together.
This lazertag game comes with 11 pre-programmed games, and is recommended for ages 8 and up.
